Meet Chef Marcus Rivera

With over two decades of experience in world-renowned kitchens, Chef Marcus Rivera brings a unique blend of classical technique and modern innovation to EMBER. His journey began in the bustling kitchens of Barcelona and has taken him through Michelin-starred establishments across Europe and Asia.

“Cooking is storytelling,” Chef Rivera often says. “Each plate is a narrative of where ingredients come from, the hands that grew them, and the traditions that shaped their preparation.”
